I am not alone when it comes to looking for ways to reduce paying more fees. Here are some tips, use by every experienced eBay sellers all the time to save on fees.
1. Use the “re-list” option for unsold items. If your item sells the second time around, the insertion fee will be refunded. You can modify every details of the re-listed auction.
2. Use the tiered starting prices to your best advantage. Instead of starting your auction at $10.00, which costs you $0.60, start it at $9.99 for $0.40.
3. Maximise your use of the reduced price or free listing days.
4. Use the “Non-paying buyer” dispute to reclaim any listing fees when your buyer does not pay you after a period of time. In addition, you can re-list that item again. If it sells the second time, you also got it listed for free!
5. If you need to use more than one photo in your listing, host your own photos. As you already know, eBay charges you $0.15 per additional picture.
6. Use store listing for slow-moving items or items that need longer selling period. eBay shop listing fees are alot cheaper despite the fact that they are not listed when searched. Pay a max of $0.10 for a 30-day store listing.
7. Offer your buyer eBay’s Second Chance Offer. After the auction ended, check who else has bidded on your item. If their bid price is acceptable to you, offer the item to them via Second Chance Offer. You save on listing fees. Final Value Fees are still applicable though.
8. Learn some HTML and develop your own auction template. You can save on the listing designer fees.
9. Expand your business beyond eBay by setting up your own e-commerce site. You only need to pay for the hosting and domain fees per year. The combination only takes less than $20 per year for a minimum setup. Paying for eBay fees monthly could take up to hundreds or thousands.
10. Use Dutch auctions to sell multiple items off a single listing and you only pay once for listing fees.
It doesn’t matter whether you are a newbie seller or an experienced seller. We all like to take advantage and learn to reduce our selling expenses. Just keep on testing with different techniques and see what works best for you to increase your profits.

You can also use the Best offer feature when listing Dutch buy it now auctions. When done correctly, you’ll be surprised at the number of offers people make just under your Buy-It-Now price.
Again this saves you listing fees and can turn the success of an auction around completely.
Jenny, how do you get away with 3 user IDS on eBay?
The below are your user IDs to date. There is a ebay watch group that monitors users from South East Asia with multiple eBay IDS where I found your info.
