A Quick Guide to What is HOT in eBay
Ads:Research, research and research! It is so important for you. Why? It is because we rely on it:
1. To decide on a target or niche market,
2. to know what to stock up more on a particular season
3. to use the right keyword on listing
4. to know what is HOT right now
eBay is such a great place to trade, you do not have to worry about traffics. And they always provide loads of facilities and features to keep you right on track.
The lady on the phone continues to ask me what are the best products to sell. Obviously, she has not done her research and I do not spoon feed, sorry. I can only direct her to this wonderful page in eBay called “What’s HOTâ€.
What is in “What’s HOT�
Merchandising Calendar: Very nice to know that eBay actually charts these with specific duration when a certain event (or celebrations) occurs for the next four months. Now you can estimate when to stock up for a certain season. Before there is this chart I have to make an approximate selling season manually.
Hot Items by Category: This is a huge list of report detailing what is the hottest category in eBay.
eBay Pulse: My favorite! It tells you the top 10 most search keyword in eBay, top 10 largest stores and what items people are watching most.
eBay Pop: A new feature by eBay! Wow, now you can even watch how products sales fluctuate or go up, just like a stock market!!
eBay Marketplace Research: This is a detailed and highly useful comparison data on what is the maximum bid for products, best listing time and such. Use it with a small subscription fees.
2007 Spring Catalogue: A collection on eBay categories in details.
Hungry for more? There are several other companies outside eBay which provide the most powerful tools that I shall follow up in future post.

Wow! Jenny, this page is wonderful! I have always hope to get started with Ebay so that one day I can start doing Ebay and work from home. My current job is very busy and it takes me 15 -18hours a day working in office. I do not have time to check all the site to get the information like you.
