How Positive Feedback Score is Calculated
An expanded version of the Seller Dashboard will be available this week, with more information about where you stand and how to maximize your business on eBay.
Some of eBay new adjustments will result in a larger number of sellers with below average performance scores being lowered in Best Match search results. If either of the following conditions apply to you, the visibility of your listings may be reduced:
- Your 30-day shipping cost DSR is 4.5 and below
- Your buyer satisfaction rate (shown on the dashboard) appears as “needs improvement,” “poor” or “unacceptable.”
Many sellers feedback percentage have also been reduced based on a new formula.
For example, this Powerseller with feedback score of 5323 has a 99.5% feedback score. How do we get 99.5%?
The Positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the number of positive, negative and neutral ratings (including weekly Repeat Feedback) received in the last 12 months as follows:
___________________________________________
Positives / (Positives + Neutrals + Negatives)
This member’s 12 Month Feedback ratings:
Positives: 2187
Neutrals: 9
Negatives: 2
This member’s Positive Feedback percentage =
2187 / (2187 + 9 + 2) = 99.5%

So, did you see any difference in your percentage feedback score compared to two weeks ago?

Two accounts saw a drop due to misplaced neutrals and the other 5 accounts stayed the same….working hard to maintain it though as I want to max my discounts
