How To Contact Ebay Directly
Have a technical issue or need to report a violation? 2 ways to do this:
1. Live Help
The easiest and fastest way is to through eBay’s Live Chat. Just visit eBay’s homepage and click “Live Help” on the upper right hand corner. A popup window will appear that you can chat with an eBay customer support representative in real time. Most of the time, you’ll have to wait a minute or two for your turns though.
2. Web Forms
Another way to go is through the various web forms. When you click submit, an email is sent to a customer support representative. Do not expect an immediate answer though. Use the forms when you are not in a hurry.
- Registration and membership issues, use the registration and membership form.
- Bidding and buying issues, use the bidding and buying form.
- Selling and fees issues, use the selling and fees form.
- Listing violations issues, use the listing violations form.
- Account security issues, use the account security form.
- Problems with other eBay members, use the problems with other eBay members form.
- Site and technical issues, use the site issues form.
Oh, but I wonder if you bother anyway. I’m sick of the automated robot like replies.
