I sell on Amazon a lot, and one thing that sellers should be aware of is the rating system. The rating system is brutal at times. If a customer is unhappy it’s either thumbs up or thumbs down, and 1 negative measures really heavily. Not only that, customers don’t realize the cost of selling items, such as books on amazon…the fees and shipping credit sometimes don’t cover the shipping or packing costs at all. Not only that, there are a lot of sellers selling items for 1 cent. Tough market.
