One find day, two good friends, Matt and Dan decided to meet at the park for a walk. All of a sudden, it begins to rain.
“Quick!” Matt said, “Open up your umbrella.”
“It is no use.” Dan replied, “My umbrella has a lot of holes on them.”
“Why do you still bring it out with you then?” Matt asked.
“I thought it wouldn’t rain” Dan replied briskly.

Are you also like Dan frequency falling into the “Assumption Trap”.
“I thought this would never happen.”
“I thought she is a selfish person.”
“I thought it wouldn’t rain.”
When we start to say “I thought” usually could it means that we are lazy to learn more about a situation or possibility?
What do you end up facing, the last time you said “I thought”?

A lot of positive thinkers will even tell us to take the word ‘failure’ out of our vocabulary, and replace it with the word ‘outcome’.
Thanks for the reminder, Jenny!
Many Blessings to you

It’s just excuses..” Then being
..
I still feel innocent nowadays!
we are not allowed to say “I thought, i thought.. i thought.” in company, especially when we reporting to head or managers.
Our boss doesnt like it.
So when we work, we could be extra careful and confirm. this is good thing to build up the confident in oneself ~
There’s an old expression about what happens when you assume..
