Ok, not me. This info is dedicated to somone.
My friend’s hubby is forever traveling. It’s getting difficult to catch up with her lately as she’s busy with her migration procedure. Her hubby will be in Arizona for a number of years due to a project.
And yes, you guess so. How can they stay apart for few years perhaps just seeing each other when he comes home for the Christmas or Chinese New Year? I fully support my friend’s decision to move to Arizona along. (Yes, and as a woman, we all know what we are thinking)
It’s not easy to look for a new home from here. That’s where I search for some information for her and found some rough guides:
• Plan on a price range
• Decide on the neighborhood.
• Decide whether you want to live in a condominium, a co-op, or a single-family or multifamily home?
• Decide on the size (number of rooms, baths, and how much square feet overall)
• Determine other features you want in your dream home (swimming pool, fireplaces and a second story)
• Surf the Internet homebuilders site, Eg. Phoenix New Homes has been ranked as one of the top five homebuilders in Arizona for the past eight years
• Surf for specific brokerages and agents in the area where you are hunting.
• Look at the expanded information and photographs for the properties that come up in your search results.
