Salehoo is a wholesale company that searches through other wholesaler to get the best prices for you. You can buy at a wholesale price and then sell on eBay or similar sites for a profit.
I have done some researches and compared prices on several Salehoo products with eBay. I found most of the items can be brought from SaleHoo and then sold at a profit on eBay. Just one word of caution. There are a minority of seasonal items prices in Salehoo which other sellers can likely undercut you.
There are many doubts circulated on the internet about whether Salehoo is a scam.
