How To Promote Your Business Through Blogging
Many people may not realize it yet, but blogging can be promote your home based business to a new level.
Most early blogs were created solely for the benefit of the writer and a select few friends and family members.

Today, people who have strong opinions or access to useful information about any topic under the sun can start and maintain a blog. Turning yourself into an expert of your topic takes more than just these few additional steps
The first step to blogging is making your site look appealing.
You want people who find your blog to want to stay and read what you have to say. Second, you will need to establish and stick to a schedule for making your blog posts.
You should plan to post at least 3 times a week. More would be better. This serves multiple purposes. It keeps people coming back to your blog to see what you have to say now and it keeps the content of your blog changing, which increases the chances of it being spidered by the search engines and moved up in rank.
You should comment on other people’s blogs as long as your comment is relevant to the post you are commenting on. You can leave a link back to your blog in the signature box of your comment.
As long as your comment does not appear to be out of place, it will be welcomed and may lead another blogger to comment on yours.
You will have then exchanged links. Inviting other bloggers to post as a guest blogger on your site is also a good idea. The invitation may be reciprocated, which would increase the credibility of both bloggers, not to mention get more people to your site that normally follow the other blog.
Running a blog to promote your home based business takes work, as does any real opportunity.
Following a few simple steps can launch you into a very lucrative home based business in a short time. But 90% of the people takes more than just these few steps.

Completely agree with you. A blog is like a car that can either drive you to the airport or get you to your destination directly. Depends where you want to go
Hi Jenny,
I think that blogging to make a fulltime income can be extremly difficult. I ran a blog for 2 years and only made a few hundred a month.
Obviously everyone will have different results but for me 1 blog wasn’t enough. I have to run many blogs in different niches before I could make more than $1000 a month.
