I recently received 3 negative feedbacks straight from a buyer who have not received her parcels.

%$#@! I wonder why she didn’t emailed me if she haven’t receive it, i’d normally send a new parcel or offer a full refund.

She file an non-item-received strike to me through paypal for a refund. This lady’s has records do not look too good: Today i was suddenly wondering about the paypal strike and decided to look at my feedback again and i noticed her profile is “Not a Registered User” or Narued in short ebay term.

Question is… why are my feedbacks still says only 99.8% positive and the negatives are still reflected on my total feedbacks? I thought a Narued person’s feedback will be minus out? which was the case for my positives. ?_?
