Received this reply from eBay this morning regarding my concern of why the negatives are not removed from my feedbacks since the buyer is already NARUed.

“Jenny, I understand your concern and desire to have these negative feedback removed from your profile. Unfortunately, I’m unable to remove the Feedback comment you reference because it doesn’t meet eBay’s requirements for Feedback removal, as outlined in the Feedback Abuse, Withdrawal and Removal Policy. These requirements are outlined in our Feedback

Removal Policy on the following help page:http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-abuse-withdrawal.html Regrettably, good members still can end up receiving feedback that they feel is inappropriate or unfair. However, unless the feedback meets the removal policy guidelines, it cannot be removed even if a member violated other eBay policies.”

But i’m still wondering why my positive feedbacks from a NARUed members are totally deleted from my records… anyway, not to waste too much time on these tiny problems…shall move on.
