Refer A Friend To Sell On eBay And Earn Up To $50
From now through September 15th 2007, eBay is giving you $5 for every friend you refer to sell on eBay. You can refer up to a total of 10 friends via eBay’s Refer a Friend site.
Friend or friends you refered must have not sold on eBay before and must list an item during the dates mentioned. Each friend referred by you will receive FREE eBay insertion fees and Gallery upgrades for their first three Qualified Listings.

It is very easy to qualify for this program. You just need to be a registered member on eBay.com, be a registered seller yourself, and have a Feedback score of at least 10. eBay will credit your referral reward to your eBay Seller Account 6 weeks after the promotional period.
