Royal Mail Postage Prices Going Up!
For UK sellers, if you have any auctions running, remember to take into consideration the new Royal Mail postage costs.
As of Monday 7 April 2008, new prices for Royal Mail products and services will come into effect. Price increase will affect domestic UK mail rate as well as Airmails rate

A glimpse of the new rates for the majority of domestic UK mail:
First Class Large Letter
0 – 100g = 52p
101 – 250g = 78p
251 – 500g = 108p
501 – 750g = 157p
First Class Packet
0 – 100g = 114p
101 – 250g = 145p
251 – 500g = 194p
501 – 750g = 251p
751 – 1000g = 308p
1001 – 1250g = 430p
Smack! I hope this will not affect our own local postage rates though.

It’s really getting more and more difficult to earn some money on eBay what’s with all the costs keep going up. I think I sell my wares on yahoo auction if I cannot even break even.
