Once your items sell and buyer pays for the item, do you scroll through the “Item Sold” list in My eBay, copy and paste the delivery address to generate the shipping label? Shipping can be a tedious process when you have hundreds of item to ship at any given time.
Perhaps you’d like to look at this tool called ShipRush to ease your shipping with some automation.
What is it? ShipRush by Z-firm LLC, is a desktop shipping software that allows you to print shipping labels. ShipRush serves as a full-function shipping tool for your sales. You can view shipments and send information directly to FedEx or UPS using the End of Day process.
How it works? ShipRush automatically pulls data from “Item Sold” on eBay to the Order Manager. From the list of imported data, just click on any “sold and paid” item which you’d like to generate a shipping label. A separate window pops up complete with information filled, like recipient address, packaging, and item number. It is very convenient as you only need to click, and no re-keying in occur. Just click again to print the shipping labels.
ShipRush works with thermal, laser and inkjet printer. If you have an electronic scale, the weight of the item will be automatically entered too. With just a click of a button, send your buyer an email complete with tracking numbers and details too.
Who can use ShipRush? ShipRush is primarily for U.S. eBay sellers, but you can ship worldwide. I hope they’d cater for more countries soon. I have been looking for something like this for some time now.
Can I use ShipRush if I am shipping by DHL? Yes, ShipRush currently works with DHL, USPS and Fedex for eBay.
Where can I get ShipRush? It is free to use and you can download ShipRush here.

It’s really make life easy !
wow … This make me feel better about eBay auction.
Will check it out!
Thanks!
Looks very handy – I currently use a dedicated label printer – I highlight the address details from the Send Invoice or View Order detail screen, right-click and send to printer.
I need to pack each item as the label prints, otherwise I can get confused with who has bought what, but this looks a bit more interactive.
Does it have the option to print to different sized paper formats? I’m stuck in the office at the moment so can’t download and play with it yet
Steve, here’s the answer from Alex of Z firm for your question
There are different “types” of papers that ShipRush can print.
1. Shipping label
The size of the shipping label depends on the type of printer that you selected. If you use desktop laser/inkjet printer then label size is about half-A4. If you use thermal printer (specialized printer for printing labels) then you may have different options for shipping label size.
All carriers have 6×4 inch label. UPS and FedEx have few options to print doc-tab (the small piece of paper with tracking number and shipment details that peels off the label and you can store it for your records). For UPS we also have “experimental” 4×4 inch label approved.
2. International papers
These are always printed on laser printer (A4 or letter format) and size cannot be changed.
3. End-of-day papers
As with shipping label you have an option to print on laser printer or on thermal printer (in which case the size of the label 6×4 inch) All thermal labels (shipping label and end-of-day label) can be printed on the stock that is longer then 6inch (for example 6.5×4 and 8×4) you will have some white space at the end of the label.

I would like to point out that while ShipRush “in general” works with UPS, the ShipRush for eBay DOES NOT. We hope to offer UPS support for our eBay customers soon.
Thanks Alex!
