What’s wrong with my Top Commentators & Smilies Plugin?
I have been meaning to ask this for quite some time. I am not sure whether you noticed them.
First, there is no links to two of my top commentators. I actually feel bad about that to Winston and Alex. Can anybody tell me what is happening? Is there a bug in the plugin? I am using Show Top Commentators 1.04
Second, it’s about my smilies plugin, I could see duplicate smilies on the comment form. Anybody knows why is this happening? Anything that I should be amending in my php files but I missed? I am using WpGrins 1.5
Oh yeah, since you brought this up, why my name isn’t linked??? This is so unfair! I worked so hard to leave as many comments as possible to win that new Nokia phone that u are giving away…

Do you reset the top commentators regularly (like weekly)? This ensures that a comment when a commenter forgot to give a URL won’t be used forever - I think that’s what’s happened to Winston.
The other solution would be to edit his old comments to ensure the link was there. I’d say it’s an ‘overlooked feature’ rather than a bug, but it would be nice if the plugin took a link from another post.
Hi Steve, thanks so much, i think it worked when i reset it to monthly previously. But i thot i wanted a yearly record, so i changed it back to yearly
But now i guess I’ll switch back to monthly.

Would you consider getting your own wordpress theme? It’s more fun and since everybody is using them, it’s easier to get help too 
Migration is just clicks of some buttons i heard. well, i paid someone to migrate for me. But doing it yourself will be easy too.

Perhaps you can think of adding the newer and older post link either at the top or at the bottom in your main page. Like the one you have here in your comment, previous post.
